Promotional offers are subject to individual wagering requirements and validity periods. Attempting to abuse bonuses using multiple accounts or coordinated play will result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k2game login credentials. k2game will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. k2game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any funds held in an account belonging to a minor will be forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. k2game will not be liable for any failure to deliver important account communications that results from inaccurate or outdated registration data.
Each individual may hold only one active k2game account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. k2game may, at its sole discretion, merge duplicate accounts, forfeit bonus balances associated with duplicate accounts, and permanently ban Users who breach this policy.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using k2game's Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. k2game makes no representation that its Services are legal in all jurisdictions. Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. k2game accepts no liability for a User's failure to comply with local legal requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k2game login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. k2game will never contact you via any channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your k2game account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. k2game will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. k2game is not liable for losses incurred before such notification is received.
k2game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of the account holder. Where an account is closed due to regulatory requirements, k2game will return any remaining real-money balance after the deduction of applicable charges.
k2game accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. k2game reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your k2game account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating institution. Deposits made in error or via unauthorised payment methods may be reversed.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals to verified Pakistani bank accounts and mobile wallets are typically processed within 24 hours. k2game reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending enhanced due diligence checks without providing specific reasons to the account holder.
k2game maintains anti-money laundering procedures consistent with international best practices. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible. k2game may request supporting documentation for large transactions. Any suspicious financial activity will be escalated in accordance with our compliance obligations.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by k2game are subject to individual terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, and time limits. These individual promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms by reference.
All bets and game results at k2game are final once settled by the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — k2game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Where a game result has already been determined by a certified RNG or live dealer action, the result stands.
k2game utilises games from certified third-party providers. The RNG and game logic of all slots and table games have been independently audited. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers using physical equipment. k2game does not manipulate game outcomes.
For sports betting, odds are subject to change prior to bet placement confirmation. Where a bet is placed and confirmed, the stated odds at confirmation are locked. In-play bets are subject to sports betting rules specific to each market, available on the relevant betting page.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k2game platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
All content on the k2game platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic design, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the intellectual property of k2game or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No part of the k2game platform may be reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
k2game collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at k2game.asia/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to such collection and processing. k2game does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k2game's aggregate liability to any User arising from or related to the platform and Services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k2game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption to service, arising from platform use or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
k2game is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device malfunctions that affect a User's ability to access or play on the platform. Pakistani network infrastructure limitations are outside k2game's control and do not constitute grounds for compensation claims.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
